The classes are conducted by Ewelina Żurowicz, Master of Physiotherapy, experienced yoga & meditation teacher (Junior Intermediate I degree according to the B.K.S Iyengar method). Instructor of recreational movement with a specialty in psychophysical exercises. Member of KIF – National Chamber of Physiotherapists.
Important: the classes will be adjusted to the abilities and potential of the practicing persons, taking into account ailments and indispositions. This is a good start if you have never practiced yoga.
