Winter Swimming by Torchlight
The evening of experiences begins with winter swimming – a ritual that demands courage but rewards with a sense of renewal and a surge of energy. In the glow of torches, participants will have the chance to push their limits, drawing from nature’s best offerings.
Sauna Rituals in the Spirit of Nordic Traditions
Nordic Sauna Night also includes three themed sauna rituals that transport participants into the world of ancient Nordic traditions. Sessions in the dry sauna provide deep relaxation and spiritual renewal, allowing one to forget daily worries and surrender to moments of pure reprieve.
Nordic Feast: Flavors of Scandinavia
After intense sauna rituals, participants will be treated to a Nordic feast. Exquisite mead and regional snacks will transport everyone into the realm of Scandinavian flavors. Served soups and drinks will ensure proper hydration, adding energy to continue this exceptional night.
Sauna: Benefits for Body and Mind
Sauna sessions are not only relaxing but also offer numerous health benefits. Regular sauna use boosts immunity, helps cleanse the skin, and positively affects the cardiovascular, hormonal, nervous, and excretory systems. The sauna’s warmth soothes, relaxes muscles, and stimulates endorphin release, enhancing mood and sleep quality. For athletes and physically active people, the sauna is an ideal way to recover after intense training, reduce oxygen debt, and improve metabolism.
Practical Information and Upcoming Dates
Nordic Sauna Night begins at 10:00 PM and runs until 1:00 AM. With the ticket price, participants will receive an isotonic drink, towel, snacks, soup, mead, and the opportunity for winter swimming.
