To make the wine selection easier, it has been divided into 8 groups. Whites into 3 categories and reds also into 3 categories, sweet wines and sparkling wines. The division of wines into categories accounts for their fullness, lightness, refinement, structure and robustness. All this makes that we have classic and modern wines in one card, which complement each other depending on what we want to combine with the chosen dish. For the purpose of displaying our wines Jacek designed a glass cabinet for several hundred bottles, located in the middle of the dining room at Seaside Park Hotel, which shines with its size, precision and gracefully presents our modern selection.
