The instructor

The classes are led by Ewelina Żurowicz, a Master of Physiotherapy, an experienced yoga & meditation teacher (Junior Intermediate I level according to the B.K.S. Iyengar method). She is a physical recreation instructor specializing in psychophysical exercises and a member of the National Chamber of Physiotherapists (KIF).

  • 19:30 - Crystal Singing Bowl Concert / Mindfulness Practice
    An evening filled with sound meditation and mindfulness that will bring you into a state of deep peace and harmony.

Saturday

  • 7:30 - 8:15 - Morning Walk and Pranayama (Breathing Practice) by the Sea
    Start the day with a refreshing walk by the sea and a pranayama session that will bring you into a state of inner balance.

  • 8:30 - 10:00 - Yoga Session (Asanas)
    A dynamic asana session, ideal for both beginners and advanced participants.

  • 10:00 - Breakfast
    A healthy, energizing meal to fuel you for the rest of the day.

  • 11:00 - Free Time
    Take advantage of free time to relax and explore the local area. Enjoy the SPA facilities, take a local tour—the choice is yours!

  • 17:00 - 18:30 - Yoga Session - Relaxation and Regeneration
    An afternoon yoga session focused on deep body and mind regeneration, bringing relaxation and inner peace.

  • 18:30 - Dinner
    Another delicious meal shared with wonderful people, rounding off a day full of experiences.

  • 20:00 - Group Meditation
    Evening meditation to bring you into a state of inner calm and harmony.

  • 22:00 - Sauna Ritual / Crystal Singing Bowl Concert
    End the day on a high note with a soothing sauna ritual led by a saunamaster or relax to the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls.

Sunday

    Bid farewell to the morning with a gentle walk by the sea and breathing techniques that will energize you for the day ahead.

  • 8:30 - 10:00 - Yoga Session (Asanas)
    The final but invigorating yoga session that will leave you with energy and harmony to end your weekend.

  • 10:00 - Breakfast
    A nutritious breakfast that will provide you with energy for the rest of the day and allow you to fully enjoy the last moments of the retreat.
