The classes are led by Ewelina Żurowicz, a Master of Physiotherapy, an experienced yoga & meditation teacher (Junior Intermediate I level according to the B.K.S. Iyengar method). She is a physical recreation instructor specializing in psychophysical exercises and a member of the National Chamber of Physiotherapists (KIF).

The Crystal Bowl Concert promotes relaxation and focus on your inner energy. The sound ceremony, during which the bowls are rubbed or struck, creates a pleasant and soothing sound. This event blends meditation, relaxation techniques, and an attempt to dive deeper into oneself.
Yoga practice works holistically, impacting the mental, physical, and physiological spheres, supporting the healing process at the cellular level. It releases blockages of life energy and supports our psyche by working with the nervous system during meditation. I believe that this weekend will allow you to regenerate physically and mentally, so you can feel the joy of life and better cope with daily responsibilities as a parent, partner, or professional.
