Meet the Trainers:
ALEKSANDRA ZADKA
Certified Animal Flow instructor.
Animal Flow is a bodyweight training in which we work on mobility, flexibility, endurance, strengthening deep muscles, and body awareness.
The training system draws from gymnastics, yoga, Capoeira, uses assigned movements, twists, rotations, and combines all this into a smooth choreography, called “Flow”.
MAJA WASYLÓW
Maja Wasylów, Hatha Yoga teacher. Passionate about sound therapy and natural medicine. Hatha yoga is a practice balancing body and mind. During the classes you will receive guidance on how to properly perform asanas and reminders about proper breathing.
MARTYNA HMYZA
Motor preparation trainer. On a daily basis, she focuses on training that strengthens the body and improves strength and fitness. She places great emphasis on working the core muscles, which improve the stabilization of our body.
