• Distances to cover:
- 300m swimming in a 25m swimming pool,

3) RELAYS (3 members)
• Each team member covers one chosen distance.
• Distances to cover:
- 300m swimming in a 25m swimming pool,
- 8 km on a stationary bike in the Atrium,
- 3 km on a stationary treadmill in the Atrium.
• Entry fee: 330 PLN (for a registered 3-member team) (payment within 48 hours of registration)
• Number of teams: max. 12 (each team consists of 3 members)
4) CHILDREN under 15 (guardian consent required)
• Distances to cover:
- 100m swimming in a 25m swimming pool,
- 2 km on a stationary bike in the Atrium,
- 800m on a stationary treadmill in the Atrium.
• Entry fee: 125 PLN (payment within 48 hours of registration)
• Number of places: 12
