The special guest of the evening was Roberto Alonso, Sales Director of the Conde Valdemar Vineyard, who introduced the participants to the secrets of the presented wines and shared his passion for winemaking. The dinner consisted of six delicious dishes, each of which was perfectly paired with the appropriate wine from the Conde Valdemar vineyard:
1.Tapas: Cheese, olive, shrimp, bacon chips, gazpacho**

2. Trout, marinated saffron capsicum, low-salt cucumber**

3.Octopus, chorizo, potato, tomato**
Wine: Conde Valdemar Rosé
4.Cod, asparagus, tarragon vinegar**
Wine: Conde Valdemar Finca Alto Cantabria
5. Kartacz with Iberico pork, chestnuts, demi glace**
Wine: Conde Valdemar Rioja Reserva
Each of these dishes was carefully prepared by our chefs, who combined the flavors of Polish and Spanish cuisine with passion and commitment. Selected wines went perfectly with the dishes served, creating a harmonious whole.
Live music
The evening was made more pleasant by live music, which put everyone in a great mood. Thanks to the musical arrangements, guests could enjoy not only exquisite food and wine, but also an unforgettable atmosphere.
