I am a physical conditioning coach. I work daily with women, focusing on strengthening the body and improving strength and conditioning. I place a strong emphasis on core muscle work, which enhances body stabilization.
Certified Animal Flow Instructor. Animal Flow is a bodyweight training system that focuses on mobility, flexibility, endurance, deep muscle strengthening, and body awareness. This training system draws from gymnastics, yoga, Capoeira, using designated movements, twists, and rotations, all combined into a fluid choreography, or "Flow."
Maja Wasylów is a Hatha Yoga teacher with a passion for sound therapy and natural medicine. Hatha Yoga is a practice that balances body and mind. During the sessions, you will receive guidance on performing asanas correctly and reminders about proper breathing.
