Signature menu full of autumn flavors
Head Chef Krzysztof Zieliński and his team have prepared a special menu inspired by the richness of autumn. Guests will enjoy dishes featuring mushrooms, game, pumpkin, and other seasonal vegetables, creatively arranged to reveal entirely new flavors.
Sake – the art of Japanese harmony
The extraordinary flavors of the dishes will be complemented by a carefully selected sake pairing, presented by our special guest – Dawid Sojka, Member of the Japan Sake and Shochu Association Makers (JSS). During the evening, he will share the history of sake, tasting techniques, and tips on pairing it with European cuisine.
Musical accompaniment
Shanties – traditional sea songs – will provide the musical backdrop, enhancing the coastal character of the event and creating a unique, intimate atmosphere.
