• This Privacy Policy sets forth the principles for processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of services offered by the Seaside Park Hotel website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
• The administrator of the personal data contained on the website is Hotel Management Services Sp. z o.o., Warsaw 02-673, 11 Konstruktorska Street, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under NIP No.: 5252718550 (hereinafter: ADO).
• In order to ensure the security of the entrusted personal data, ADO acts on the basis of internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with the relevant legal acts in the field of personal data protection, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.
• The ADO shall take special care to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, shall ensure that personal data are:

2. collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes
