How does it work?

1. Upon check-in:

All Guests of the room declare participation in the program.
Each hands over their active mobile devices (phone, tablet, etc.) in a sealed envelope.
The receptionist may request to turn on the device to confirm it is active.
The envelope may be:

deposited in the hotel safe (deposit), or
taken by the Guest (must remain sealed throughout the stay).

2. During the stay:

Guests enjoy the benefits of an offline stay.
For program participants (condition: the envelope must remain sealed for the entire stay).:

1 day of free bike rental for the whole family
20% discount on all hotel services used during the stay - SPA treatments, gastronomy services, attractions (excluding alcohol)

To use the 20% discount:

Orders must be charged to your room number (credit system).A pre-authorization of the payment card is required at check-in.
Each order must be signed by the Guest.

3. Upon check-out:

The receptionist verifies whether the envelope with devices is still intact and sealed.
If yes – the Guest receives a discount for the services used on site.
