Classes are conducted by Ewelina Żurowicz, M.Sc. in physiotherapy, yoga & meditation teacher with 20 years of experience (Junior Intermediate I level according to B.K.S Iyengar method). Instructor of physical recreation with a specialization in psychophysical exercises. Member of KIF - National Physiotherapists Chamber.
Important: classes will be tailored to the capabilities and potential of the practitioners, taking into account ailments and incapacities. It is a good start if you have never practiced yoga.
