Classes are conducted by Ewelina Żurowicz, physiotherapy graduate, yoga & meditation teacher with 20 years of experience (Junior Intermediate I level according to B.K.S Iyengar method). Recreational exercise instructor specialized in psychophysical exercises. Member of KIF – National Chamber of Physiotherapists.
Important: classes will be adapted to the abilities and potential of the practicing participants, considering ailments and disabilities. This is a good start if you have never practiced yoga before.
