Martyna is a motor preparation coach specializing in women's training, focusing on strengthening core muscles and improving strength and endurance. -
Ola Zadka – Animal Flow
Certified Animal Flow instructor. This bodyweight training focuses on mobility, flexibility, and strength, combining elements of gymnastics, yoga, and Capoeira. -
Maja Wasylów – Yoga and Relaxation
A Hatha Yoga teacher passionate about sound therapy. Maja will lead yoga, meditation, and relaxation sessions, enriched with the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and gongs.
