Harmony and Classics Throughout the cycle, Grzegorz Przymyk presented his masterful approach to classical rituals. Participants appreciated his precise towel work and the harmonious blend of natural citrus essential oils with a tranquil musical backdrop. It was a time dedicated to regeneration and education in the spirit of mindful sauna use.
Evening and Night Rituals From Monday to Friday, thematic Sauna Evenings brought together heat enthusiasts. The refreshing "Citrus Detox," the floral aromas of "Flower Children," and chilling menthol sessions allowed participants to fully unwind after days filled with excitement.
The Grand Finale The event culminated in Saturday’s "Rock & Roll" Sauna Night. During this three-hour session, guests participated in intensive rituals in the Finnish sauna, steam room peelings, and a traditional whisking ritual (witki), providing a powerful and cleansing conclusion to this extraordinary week.
