A creator of projects at the intersection of wellness, movement, and a conscious lifestyle. She is a Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher (200h YTT) certified by Yoga Alliance. In her work, she combines mindfulness, movement, and breath, creating a safe and supportive space for bodywork.
A graduate of Japanese Studies and a lover of all things Japanese—culture, aesthetics, and a philosophy of life based on simplicity and harmony. She is a traveler with a passion for discovering the world in a "slow" rhythm.

Yoga practice works holistically, affecting the mental, physical, and physiological spheres, supporting the healing process at a cellular level. It releases blocks in life energy and supports our psyche by working with the nervous system during meditation. I believe that this weekend will allow you to regenerate physically and mentally, helping you feel the joy of life and better cope with daily responsibilities as a parent, partner, or professional.
Start your day with a soothing walk along the seashore, during which we will focus on the practice of Pranayama – the art of conscious breathing. Let the waves and fresh air clear your mind, while deep breaths fill your body with new energy and peace. It is the perfect way to find relaxation and harmony with nature.
A rich breakfast and dinner buffet full of fresh flavors – crunchy bread, aromatic cold cuts, cheeses, salads, juicy meats, fish, and exquisite desserts.

FRIDAY – ROOTING AND WELCOME
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Arrival of participants, check-in, time for a walk on the beach.
5:00 PM – 6:15 PM – Welcome Yoga Flow & Breath – relaxation after the journey, opening of hips and shoulders.
6:30 PM – Dinner (seasonal cuisine)
7:30 PM – 8:30 PM – Welcome circle – integration
SATURDAY – DAY OF ENERGY AND LETTING GO
7:30 AM – 8:45 AM – Dynamic morning practice – Vinyasa with elements of cleansing breath and short meditation.
9:00 AM – Breakfast buffet
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM – Bike trip, stop for breathing exercises and meditation in motion, sea bathing for those interested.
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Workshop with a nutrition coach
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Free time / relaxation in the wellness area (pool, spa, loungers).
6:00 PM – 6:45 PM – Sauna Aufguss (ritual)
7:30 PM – Dinner buffet
8:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Yin Yoga – guided entry into a state of deep relaxation.
SUNDAY – CLOSING AND INTEGRATION
7:30 AM – 8:45 AM – Gentle morning yoga (slow flow + pranayama), gratitude and closing practice.
9:00 AM – Breakfast
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Closing circle – summary of experiences, intention for returning to daily life.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Free time (beach / packing).
12:00 PM – Check-out and end of the retreat
