Women's Category: Karolina Jahnz won the Kołobrzeg Indoor Triathlon once again. She was the highest-ranked woman in the general standings, finishing with a time of ~00:32:07.13. Her segments: swim: 04:43, bike: ~14:39, run: ~12:22.
Swimming Mastery: Bartek Sarbak dominated the swim – his 4:19 time means a pace of ~1:26/100m, an impressive time for a pool sprint.
Consistency is Key: Kamil Jasiński, although not the fastest in swimming or running, secured the best combined swim + bike time, leading him to overall victory. This proves that stability across segments wins races.

The Decisive Bike: The cycling segment proved crucial for the final standings, suggesting that in an indoor triathlon, the bike offers the greatest "strategic advantage."

Run Winner: Rafał Stadnik won the run – 3 km in 11:21 (pace ~3:47 min/km). While fast, the run alone did not guarantee victory, highlighting the importance of transitions.

Tactical Triumph: Interestingly, the overall winner (Jasiński) was not the absolute best in any single segment – a classic example of "triathlon tactics": it’s better to be strong in everything than a master of just one.

Record Swim: The fastest swim time of the entire competition (4:00) was achieved by BIEDRZYCKA BLANKA from the BIEDRZYCKI TEAM relay, giving the team a massive head start.

Team Effort: The team with the best bike time – ABRAMY – did not win the overall race because their swim and run segments lagged behind, confirming that a single "super-segment" is not enough.
