Is participation in Happy Seaside Club free of charge?
Yes. Joining the program is completely free of charge.
Who can join the program?
The program is open exclusively to adult individuals with full legal capacity.
How do I sign up for the program?

Your account is activated after confirming your registration via the link sent to your e-mail address.
How are points calculated?
Points are accrued according to the rule 1 PLN gross = 1 point for qualifying hotel and catering services covered by the program.
For which reservations will I receive points and a discount?
Points and discounts apply to reservations made directly by phone (+48 94 333 40 50) or by e-mail (reservation@seasidepark.pl)
Will I get points for a reservation from Booking.com, Expedia or a travel agency?
No. The program does not cover reservations made through intermediaries such as Booking.com, Expedia, HRS, travel agencies or tour operators.
When will points appear in my account?
Points are credited within 7 days after check-out, provided that the stay or services have been paid in full.
How do I earn points for additional services during my stay?
To receive points for additional services purchased on-site, you need to open a room account and complete a card pre-authorization at the front desk. Services paid directly at points of sale are not eligible for points.
How long are points valid?
Points are valid for 24 months from the last qualifying transaction. Each subsequent qualifying service extends their validity by another 24 months.
What happens if I don't use the hotel for an extended period of time?
If you do not use an accommodation or catering service at the hotel in accordance with the program rules for 24 months, all accumulated points will expire.
What can I redeem my collected points for?
You can redeem points for a monetary voucher to be used towards a stay or other services at Seaside Park Hotel. Current thresholds are: 6,700 pts = 200 PLN, 13,400 pts = 400 PLN, 20,000 pts = 600 PLN, 26,700 pts = 800 PLN, 33,400 pts = 1,000 PLN.
Can I transfer my points to another person?
No. Points are assigned to an individual participant's account and cannot be transferred to other persons.
Can a voucher be used during the current stay?
If you earn the right to a voucher during your stay, it can only be used during your next stay. The intention to use a voucher must be declared at the time of making the reservation.
Can a voucher be exchanged for cash?
No. A voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable and must be used in accordance with its terms and conditions.
Can I use only part of a voucher?
No. A voucher is single-use and must be used in full during a single reservation or a single redemption. Any unused amount does not carry over to a subsequent date.
What do I receive upon joining the program?
Upon joining the program you receive a 3% discount on accommodation services, a one-time voucher for a welcome drink or hot beverage + 100 bonus points to get you started.
Will I receive birthday points?
Yes. On their birthday, a program participant receives an additional 100 points.
