In a small, intimate group, we tasted six wines from different parts of the world: from sparkling notes, through structured white wines, to deep reds. The finale was Barbera d’Alba Lorens from the Lodali winery, vintage 2016. For each glass, the kitchen prepared a matching bite: truffle, game, pear and plum.
The evening was hosted by Daniel Kamiński, Krzysztof Zieliński and Konrad Potejko.
