Schedule:
FRIDAY
15:00–17:00 – Arrival of participants, accommodation, time for a walk on the beach.
17:00–18:15 – Welcome yoga flow & breathing – relaxation after travel, opening hips and shoulders.
18:15-20:00 - Dinner buffet with drinks: aromatic coffee, selection of teas, still water
19:30–20:30 – Welcome circle - integration
SATURDAY
07:30–08:45 – Dynamic morning practice – vinyasa with elements of cleansing breath and short meditation.
09:00 – Breakfast buffet
10:00–12:30 – Bicycle trip, stop for breathing exercises and moving meditation, sea bathing for those interested.
13:00 - 14:00 – Lecture with a nutrition coach
14:30 - 15:30 – Physio yoga
16:00–18:45 – Sauna infusion and relaxation in the wellness area (pool, spa, loungers).
18:45-20:00 - Dinner buffet with drinks: aromatic coffee, selection of teas, still water
20:00–21:00 – Yin yoga and perfect touch – guided entry into a state of deep relaxation.
SUNDAY
07:30–08:45 – Gentle morning yoga (slow flow + pranayama), gratitude practice and closure.
09:00 – Breakfast.
10:00–11:00 – Closing circle – summary of experiences, intention for returning to everyday life.
11:00–12:00 – Free time (beach)

- Anna Polakowska-Rduch
Creator of projects at the intersection of wellness, movement, and conscious lifestyle. Yoga teacher in the Hatha and Vinyasa style (200h YTT), certified by Yoga Alliance. In her work, she combines mindfulness, movement, and breath, creating a safe and supportive space for working with the body.
Graduate of Japanese studies and lover of everything Japanese – culture, aesthetics, and a life philosophy based on simplicity and harmony. Traveler with a passion for discovering the world in a slow rhythm.
- Katarzyna Kierepka
Certified teacher in the Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles (500 E-RYT) as well as Pranayama & Breathwork (50h), certified by Yoga Alliance, of which she is also a member. By profession a physiotherapist, so during every practice, correct technique and physical preparation are a priority, while simultaneously nurturing the spiritual aspect of yoga through calming the mind and creating conditions where concentration arises, teaching mindfulness and presence in the moment. Definitely "Team Mountains." Skiing, hiking, via ferrata, and recently also climbing. Loves travel, the Italian lifestyle, and her Münsterländer dog Lea.
- Magdalena Łopucka
nutrition coach, dance instructor, and healthy lifestyle promoter.
For almost a decade, she has supported people who want to take care of their health, energy, and well-being through conscious nutrition and physical activity. Daily she helps build lasting habits, better understand the needs of the body, and regain balance.
During the event, she will share practical tips on how daily nutrition and proper body support can influence regeneration, energy levels, and comfort of functioning.
- Katarzyna Tomzińska – teacher of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga and physiotherapy student, practicing yoga for over 10 years. In her work, she focuses primarily on safety and conscious body work.
During Physio Yoga classes, she combines classical yoga practice with elements of physiotherapy, breath therapy, and fascial self-massage. The practice begins with breath work and releasing tension in the body, then moves to gentle asanas especially focused on the spine and hips.
Important:
Classes are suitable for people of all levels, especially recommended for those who feel tension in the body, pain, movement restrictions, fatigue, or stress. The goal of the practice is improved mobility, greater body awareness, and deep relaxation. ????
Classes will be adapted to the possibilities and potential of practicing persons, taking into account ailments and indispositions. It is a good start if you have never practiced yoga before.
Yoga equipment will be available on-site, and all sessions are adjusted to the level of participants, both beginners and advanced. Join us and feel how yoga and meditation will change your life for the better!
