FRIDAY – GROUNDING AND WELCOME
15:00–17:00 – Arrival of participants, check-in, time for a walk on the beach.
17:00–18:15 – Welcome yoga flow & breathwork – relaxation after travel, opening of the hips and shoulders.
18:30 – Dinner (seasonal cuisine)
19:30–20:30 – Welcome circle - integration
SATURDAY – A DAY OF ENERGY AND LETTING GO
07:30–08:45 – Dynamic morning practice – vinyasa with elements of cleansing breathwork and a short meditation.
09:00 – Breakfast buffet
10:00–12:30 – Bike tour, stop for breathing exercises and moving meditation, sea swim for those who wish.
13:00 - 15:00 – Workshop with a nutrition coach
15:00–17:00 – Free time / relaxation in the wellness area (pool, spa, sun loungers).
18:00–18:45 – Aufguss sauna ritual
19:30 – Dinner buffet-style
20:00–21:00 – Yin yoga – a guided entry into a state of deep relaxation.
SUNDAY – CLOSURE AND INTEGRATION
07:30–08:45 – Gentle morning yoga (slow flow + pranayama), gratitude and closing practice.
09:00 – Breakfast.
10:00–11:00 – Closing circle – summary of experiences, intention for returning to everyday life.
11:00–12:00 – Free time (beach / packing).
12:00 – Check-out and end of the retreat.
Classes are led by Anna Polakowska-Rduch
Creator of projects at the intersection of wellness, movement and conscious living. A yoga teacher in hatha and vinyasa styles (200h YTT) certified by Yoga Alliance. In her work she combines mindfulness, movement and breath, creating a safe and supportive space to work with the body.
A graduate of Japanese studies and a lover of all things Japanese — culture, aesthetics and a life philosophy based on simplicity and harmony. A traveler with a passion for discovering the world in a slow rhythm.
Important: classes will be adapted to the abilities and potential of participants, taking into account ailments and limitations. This is a good start if you have never practiced yoga.
Yoga equipment will be available on site, and all sessions are adapted to participants' levels, both beginners and advanced. Join us and feel how yoga and meditation can change your life for the better!
