FRIDAY
15:00–17:00 – Arrival of participants, check-in, time for a walk on the beach.
17:00–18:15 – Welcome yoga flow & breath – relaxation after travel, opening hips and shoulders.
18:30 – Dinner (seasonal cuisine)
19:30–20:30 – Welcome circle - integration
SATURDAY
07:30–08:45 – Dynamic morning practice – vinyasa with cleansing breath elements and a short meditation.
09:00 – Breakfast buffet
10:00–12:30 – Bicycle trip, stop for breathing exercises and meditation in motion, sea bathing for those interested.
13:00 - 14:00 – Lecture with a nutrition coach
14:30 - 15:30 – Physio yoga
16:00–18:45 – Sauna Aufguss and wellness area relaxation (pool, spa, loungers).
19:15 – Dinner buffet style
20:00–21:00 – Yin yoga and perfect touch – guided entry into deep relaxation.
SUNDAY
07:30–08:45 – Gentle morning yoga (slow flow + pranajama), gratitude practice and closing.
09:00 – Breakfast.
10:00–11:00 – Closing circle – summary of experiences, intention for returning to everyday life.
11:00–12:00 – Free time (beach / packing).
12:00 – Check-out and end of the retreat.

- Anna Polakowska-Rduch
Creator of projects at the intersection of wellness, movement, and conscious lifestyle. Yoga teacher in hatha and vinyasa style (200h YTT) certified by Yoga Alliance. In her work, she combines mindfulness, movement and breath, creating a safe and supportive space for working with the body.
Graduate in Japanese studies and lover of everything Japanese – culture, aesthetics and life philosophy based on simplicity and harmony. Traveler with a passion for discovering the world at a slow pace.
- Katarzyna Kierepka
Certified teacher in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles (500 E-RYT) and Pranayama & Breathwork (50h), certified by Yoga Alliance of which she is also a member. Educated physiotherapist, so the priority during each practice is correct technique and physical preparation, while nurturing the spiritual aspect of yoga by calming the mind and creating conditions in which concentration arises that teaches mindfulness and presence in the moment. Definitely “Team Mountains”. Skiing, hiking, via ferratas and recently also climbing. Loves travel, Italian lifestyle and her Münsterländer Lea.
- Magdalena Łopucka
nutrition coach, dance instructor and promoter of a healthy lifestyle.
For nearly a decade she has been supporting people who want to take care of their health, energy and wellbeing through conscious nutrition and physical activity. On a daily basis, she helps build lasting habits, better understand their body's needs and restore balance.
During the event, she will share practical tips on how daily nutrition and proper body support can affect regeneration, energy levels and comfort of functioning.
- Katarzyna Tomzińska – teacher of Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga as well as physiotherapy student, practicing yoga for over 10 years. In her work, she focuses primarily on safety and conscious body work.
During Physio Yoga classes, she combines classical yoga practice with elements of physiotherapy, breath therapy and fascial self-massage. The practice begins with breathing work and releasing tensions in the body, then proceeds to gentle asanas directed particularly at the spine and hips.
Important:
Classes are suitable for all levels, especially recommended for those who feel tensions in the body, pain, movement limitations, fatigue or stress. The aim of the practice is to improve mobility, increase body awareness and deep relaxation. ????♀️
Classes will be adapted to the abilities and potential of the practitioners, taking into account ailments and disabilities. This is a good start if you have never practiced yoga.
