The classes are led by Ewelina Żurowicz, a Master of Physiotherapy, a yoga & meditation teacher with 20 years of experience (Junior Intermediate I level according to B.K.S Iyengar method). Recreational activity instructor specializing in psychophysical exercises. Member of KIF - National Chamber of Physiotherapists.
Important: the classes will be adapted to the abilities and potential of the practitioners, taking into account ailments and disabilities. This is a good start if you have never practiced yoga before.
