ROOM AND EQUIPMENT

INTERNET // Is Internet available in the room?
Yes. Fast, free Wi-Fi Internet is available throughout the entire hotel, with no data limits and no limit on connected devices.
IRON // Is there an iron in the room?
An iron and ironing board are part of the room equipment.
KETTLE AND COFFEE MACHINE // Is there a kettle and coffee machine in the room?
A kettle is available in every room type, while a coffee machine is only available in Apartment, Superior and Plus rooms.
SAFE // I will be traveling with valuable items – can I store them safely in the room?
In our Apartment, Superior and Plus rooms you will find a safe for your personal use. Other rooms do not have a safe. For security reasons, we recommend depositing valuable items and cash at the hotel Reception. Our Guests can use safety deposit boxes free of charge.
VIEW // Are there rooms with a sea view in the Hotel?
Yes, we offer rooms with a side view of the Baltic Sea.
ROOM EXTRAS // Is it possible to order wine or flowers to the room?
Selected extras can be ordered both during the reservation process and during your stay at the hotel. They are usually prepared in the room before arrival, however, upon request, the reservations department can deliver them at a different specified time.

Prosecco with two glasses – 110 PLN / item.
Wine (various types) – 100 PLN / item.
Fruit platter – 60 PLN / item.
Cake (various flavors) – from 80 PLN to 100 PLN / item (requires order at least 2 days in advance).
Bouquet of flowers – 125 PLN / item (requires order at least 2 days in advance).

OFFER WITHOUT BREAKFAST // Is it possible to book a room without breakfast?
All our stay offers include a rich buffet breakfast at the On-The-Wave restaurant. We make sure that every guest can start the day with a full-value meal included in the accommodation price.
MEALS // Does Seaside Park Hotel offer full board?

OPENING HOURS OF DINING OUTLETS // At what times are breakfast and dinners served?

BUFFET – BREAKFAST | LUNCH | DINNER
Start your day with a rich breakfast (7:30–10:30), enjoy a light lunch served LUNCH MENU (13:00–16:00), and finish it with a buffet dinner (17:00–20:00). A variety of flavors, freshness, and a relaxed atmosphere every day.

A’LA CARTE & 100 WINE CABINET
In the evening, we invite you to the A’la carte section MENU A’LA CARTE (17:00–22:00), where signature dishes meet an exceptional selection of 100 WINES. A carefully curated list combines European classics with discoveries for connoisseurs and beginners – an ideal space for a dinner with character.

ATRIUM PIZZERIA
On level 1, Atrium awaits – pizza and pasta ATRIUM MENU served daily from 12:00 (on weekends until 24:00). Casual, aromatic, and always with an Italian touch.

RESTAURANT // Can non-resident guests use the Hotel Restaurant?
Yes, non-resident guests may use the A la Carte Restaurant for a fee and subject to availability (MENU  A la Carte), Pizza & Bar in the Atrium (ATRIUM MENU), enjoy a light lunch served (LUNCH MENU), as well as the hotel buffet.

Meal prices for external guests:

Breakfast: 85 PLN (from 12 years old); 75 PLN (from 7 to 12 years old); 45 PLN (up to 6 years old).

Dinner: 105 PLN (from 12 years old); 65 PLN (from 7 to 12 years old); 45 PLN (up to 6 years old).

ATTRACTIONS, WELLNESS, SPA & SPORT

ANIMATIONS // Where can I find the current animation schedule?
The current animation schedule is always available at the main reception, pool reception, and in the hotel Atrium. For your convenience, we have also made the schedule available online: ATTRACTIONS
WELLNESS & SPA // Use of the area, temperatures and pool depths.
Every Guest can use the Wellness area free of charge as part of their stay (25m sports pool, recreational pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, tepidarium, ice well). SPA treatments are additionally payable. Price information is available at the SPA Reception or on the website SPA PRICE LIST. Non-resident guests can use the Wellness area for an additional fee and subject to availability (single entry – 60 PLN adults / 40 PLN children up to 12 years old or SPORT PASS).

Temperatures: Sports pool 28°C; Recreational pool 32.2°C; Jacuzzi 34.7°C.

Depth: Sports (1.40–2.40 m); Recreational pool (0.35–0.55 m).
SPA & WELLNESS OPENING HOURS // What are the opening hours of the SPA and Wellness area?

BATHROBES // Are bathrobes available at the Hotel?
Yes, each Guest can borrow a bathrobe free of charge at the SPA Reception.
FITNESS CENTER 24 // Is the gym paid?
Every Guest can use the gym and sports classes free of charge (for persons aged 16 and above). Non-resident guests: single entry – 55 PLN or SPORT PASS.
CLIMBING WALL // For whom and when?
The climbing wall is open daily from 12:00 to 20:00 (technical break from 14:00 to 14:30). Adults and children over 120 cm in height can use the wall (with written consent of a legal guardian). Use of the wall is allowed only in the presence of a Hotel employee. Sports footwear is required. The climbing wall is an additional paid attraction: single entry – 45 PLN adults / 35 PLN children up to 12 years old or PASS.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL

BICYCLES // Is it possible to rent bicycles?
We offer our Guests the possibility to rent bicycles at the hotel. Bicycle rental is handled through the Reception, in accordance with the Regulations and availability of bicycles. The rental fee is: 64 PLN for the whole day. The rental is open from 8:00 to 20:00.
BEACH EQUIPMENT // Can deck chairs and windbreaks be rented at the hotel?
Yes, we offer the possibility to rent beach equipment. Prices are as follows:

Deck chair – 30 PLN.
Windbreak – 20 PLN.

RECEPTION AND GUEST SERVICE

LOYALTY PROGRAM // Do regular guests receive discounts?

RECEPTION // Is the reception open at night?
Our Reception is at your disposal 24 hours a day, which allows check-in and check-out, contact, and handling of guest requests on an ongoing basis.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT // Early arrival / late departure.
Rules regarding early check-in (usually before 14:00) and late check-out (usually after 12:00) depend on the hotel occupancy, therefore it is worth contacting the Reception the day before arrival to arrange all details.
LUGGAGE STORAGE // Is there luggage storage at the hotel?
Yes, luggage can be stored at the hotel while waiting for check-in or until the end of the departure day. The storage is located at the Main Reception. It is available daily, 24 hours a day, free of charge.
ATM // Where is the nearest ATM?
It is located on the ground floor, in front of the main entrance, right next to the Reception.
PAYMENT // Can I pay with a foreign payment card at the hotel?
Yes, we accept payments with foreign cards. Transactions are settled according to the exchange rate and currency conversion rules of your bank.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE // Can I exchange currency at the hotel?

We do not provide currency exchange services at our Hotel. We will be happy to indicate places in Kołobrzeg where you can carry out such transactions.

RETURNS // I left something in the room – how can I get it back?

Please be advised that the Hotel is not responsible for items left behind in the rooms. However, if we find your lost property, we will be happy to assist in returning it according to the following procedure:

  • Transport Organization: The Guest is responsible for ordering and paying for the courier service.

  • Shipping Label: Please send the generated shipping label to our e-mail address.

  • Our Assistance: Once we receive the documents, we will prepare and secure the package, then hand it over to the courier during their next visit to the hotel.

RESERVATION // Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes. If your plans have changed, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the Hotel's cancellation policy presented during the booking process. For changes to the arrival date, it is recommended to contact our reservation department directly. Our staff will help and try to find a solution satisfactory to both parties.

FAMILIES AND PETS

CHILDREN // Do I need to include children in the reservation?
Yes, we kindly ask you to include all children (regardless of their age) in the reservation process. Providing the exact number of guests planning to stay is essential for safety reasons. Accurate information about the number of guests also allows us to properly prepare the room, bedding, and amenities for your arrival.
SMALL CHILDREN // Are baby cots available?
Yes, we have baby cots available. Upon the Guest’s request, a cot will be placed in the room. We encourage you to contact the Reception or reservation department to arrange further details. It is best to report this information before arrival.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES // Will the Hotel charge me for additional guests?
Room prices vary depending on the date and number of people included in the reservation. To accommodate more guests in the room, it will be necessary to modify the reservation. You will be informed about any additional charges before confirming the updated reservation.
PETS // Does the hotel accept pets?

Of course, pets are welcome. More information can be found in the REGULATIONS regarding pet stays at the Hotel. The fee for a pet is 105 PLN per night. The price applies to one animal.

DISABLED GUESTS // Is the Hotel adapted for people with disabilities?
Yes, we have suitable rooms and designated parking spaces both outside and in the underground garage.

LOCATION AND PARKING

LOCATION // Distance to the beach and key points.
The Hotel is located 20 m from the beach, right next to a bicycle path in the spa part of Kołobrzeg. Distances: Main Railway Station – 2.4 km, Pier – 2.8 km, grocery store ABC – 0.2 km.
PARKING // Is it paid and does it require reservation?
Parking is paid (unless the offer states otherwise). There is no need to reserve a parking space.

Price: 60 PLN/day (IN JULY – AUGUST THE PARKING PRICE IS 70 PLN/day).

Spaces: Underground garage (162 spaces, entrance height 190 cm) and outdoor parking (88 spaces).
