FRIDAY – GROUNDING & WELCOME
15:00–17:00 – Arrival, check-in, and beach walk.
17:00–18:15 – Welcome Yoga Flow & Breath – post-travel relaxation, opening hips and shoulders.
18:30 – Dinner (seasonal cuisine).
19:30–20:30 – Welcome Circle – integration.
SATURDAY – ENERGY & LETTING GO
07:30–08:45 – Dynamic morning practice – Vinyasa with cleansing breathwork and brief meditation.
09:00 – Buffet breakfast.
10:00–12:30 – Bike tour with stops for breathing exercises and moving meditation (optional sea dip).
13:00–15:00 – Nutrition coach workshop.
15:00–17:00 – Free time / Wellness relaxation (pool, spa, sun loungers).
18:00–18:45 – Sauna Aufguss (Ceremony).
19:30 – Buffet dinner.
20:00–21:00 – Yin Yoga – guided entry into deep relaxation.
SUNDAY – CLOSURE & INTEGRATION
07:30–08:45 – Gentle morning yoga (Slow Flow + Pranayama), gratitude practice, and closure.
09:00 – Breakfast.
10:00–11:00 – Closing Circle – summary and intentions for daily life.
11:00–12:00 – Free time (beach/packing).
12:00 – Check-out and retreat conclusion.
Your Instructor: Anna Polakowską-Rduch A wellness and conscious lifestyle creator. Certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher (200h YTT, Yoga Alliance). Anna combines mindfulness, movement, and breath to create a supportive space for bodywork. A Japanologist and lover of Japanese aesthetics and the "slow" lifestyle.
Classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners. Equipment is provided on-site. *Program subject to change.
