Classes are conducted by Ewelina Żurowicz, MSc in Physiotherapy, yoga & meditation teacher with 20 years of experience (Junior Intermediate I level in the B.K.S. Iyengar method). Instructor of movement recreation specializing in psychophysical exercises. Member of KIF – National Chamber of Physiotherapists.
Important: classes will be adapted to the possibilities and potential of participants, taking into account ailments and limitations. It is a good starting point if you have never practiced yoga before.
