7:30 PM – Crystal Bowl Concert / Mindfulness Practice:

7:30 AM – 8:15 AM – Walk and Pranayama by the Seaside:
Start your day with a refreshing seaside walk and breathing techniques that will bring inner balance.
8:30 AM – 10:00 AM – Yoga Session (Asanas):
A dynamic asana session suitable for both beginners and advanced participants.
10:00 AM – Breakfast:
A healthy, energizing meal to power you through the day.
11:00 AM – Free Time:
Take time to relax and explore the surroundings. Enjoy the spa, take a walk, or simply unwind – the choice is yours!
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM – Relaxation and Regeneration Yoga Session:
An afternoon yoga session focused on deep body and mind recovery, leaving you feeling refreshed and peaceful.
6:30 PM – Dinner:
Another delightful meal in the company of amazing people, concluding a day full of activities.
8:00 PM – Group Meditation:
An evening meditation session to guide you into a state of inner calm and harmony.
9:00 PM – Sauna / Crystal Bowl Concert:
End your eventful day with a special sauna ritual and soothing sounds of crystal bowls.
SUNDAY
7:30 AM – 8:15 AM – Walk and Pranayama by the Seaside:

8:30 AM – 10:00 AM – Yoga Session (Asanas):
A final, invigorating yoga session to end your weekend feeling energized and balanced.
10:00 AM – Breakfast:
A nutritious breakfast to set you up for the day and enjoy the last moments of the retreat.
