The age range of participants in previous editions was from 9 to 70 years! All participants were winners, overcoming their own barriers and endurance limits. The atmosphere during the competition was positive, friendly, full of support, competition, smiles, effort, and joy.
We invite everyone to participate in the third edition, which will be even more varied and full of attractions.

1) Women
- Distances to cover:
- 300 m swimming in a 25 m pool
- 8 km on a stationary bike in the Atrium
- 3 km on a treadmill in the Atrium
- Entry fee: 199 PLN (payment required within 48 hours of registration)
2) Men
- Distances to cover:
- 300 m swimming in a 25 m pool
- 8 km on a stationary bike in the Atrium
- 3 km on a treadmill in the Atrium

- Number of places in women's and men's categories: 84
3) Relays (3 people)
Each team member covers one chosen distance.

- 300 m swimming in a 25 m pool
- 8 km on a stationary bike in the Atrium
- 3 km on a treadmill in the Atrium
- Entry fee: 330 PLN (for a team of 3 people, payment required within 48 hours of registration)
- Number of teams: maximum 12
4) Children up to 15 years old (guardian consent required)

- 100 m swimming in a 25 m pool
- 2 km on a stationary bike in the Atrium
- 800 m on a treadmill in the Atrium
- Entry fee: 125 PLN (payment required within 48 hours of registration)
- Number of places: 12
