Instructor:
The retreat will be led by Ewelina Żurowicz, an experienced yoga and meditation teacher with 20 years of experience, a physiotherapist, and a member of the Polish Chamber of Physiotherapists. Ewelina will ensure that the sessions are tailored to your individual abilities and needs, regardless of your level of yoga practice.
What does the package include?
- Yoga practice – asana sessions for all skill levels.
- Breathing exercises (pranayama) – breathing techniques to support inner harmony.
- Meditation – evening meditation sessions to bring you into a state of deep relaxation.
- Sauna ritual – relaxation in the sauna under the guidance of a sauna master.
- Crystal bowls concert – sound meditation for deep relaxation.
- Comfortable accommodation in rooms with free Wi-Fi.
- Meals – buffet-style breakfasts and dinners with beverages.

Schedule:
Friday
- Check-in from 5:00 PM.
- Light, introductory yoga session (5:30 PM - 6:30 PM).
- Dinner (6:30 PM).
- Crystal bowls concert or mindfulness practice (7:30 PM).
Saturday
- Morning walk and pranayama by the sea (7:30 AM - 8:15 AM).
- Dynamic yoga session (8:30 AM - 10:00 AM).
- Free time for relaxation or exploring the surroundings (11:00 AM).
- Relaxation and restorative yoga session (5:00 PM - 6:30 PM).
- Evening meditation (8:00 PM).
- Sauna ritual / Crystal bowls concert (10:00 PM).
Sunday
- Morning walk and pranayama (7:30 AM - 8:15 AM).
- Energizing yoga session (8:30 AM - 10:00 AM).
- Nutritious breakfast (10:00 AM).
