During this YOGA WEEKEND you will certainly rest physically and mentally, feel inner balance and joy, so you can live life to the fullest.
During the workshops:
- you will holistically take care of your body and mind in connection with breath,
- increase your self-awareness,
- improve the flow of prana - life energy
- make your body more flexible and strong – improve muscle functionality and increase joint mobility
- feel/experience inner peace by calming your mind during mindfulness - breath practice
The classes are led by Ewelina Żurowicz, MSc physiotherapy, yoga & meditation teacher with 20 years of experience (Junior Intermediate I level according to the B.K.S Iyengar method). Recreation instructor specializing in psychophysical exercises. Member of KIF – National Chamber of Physiotherapists.
Important: classes will be adapted to the capabilities and potential of participants, taking into account ailments and indispositions. This is a good start if you have never practiced yoga before.
