ALEKSANDRA ZADKA
Certified Animal Flow instructor.
Animal Flow is a bodyweight training program that works on mobility, flexibility, endurance, deep muscle strengthening, and body awareness.
The training system draws from gymnastics, yoga, Capoeira, uses quadrupedal movements, twists, rotations, and combines everything into a fluid choreography, called “Flow”.
MAJA WASYLÓW
Maja Wasylów is a Hatha Yoga teacher. She has a passion for sound therapy and natural medicine. Hatha yoga is a practice that balances the body and mind. During the classes, you will receive tips on how to perform asanas correctly and reminders about proper breathing.
MARTYNA HMYZA
Physical preparation trainer. She focuses on training that strengthens the body, improves strength and fitness. She places a significant emphasis on core muscles, which improve body stability.
