The project was designed to create a selection of 100 wines that are friendly both to those starting their adventure with wine and to long-time enthusiasts. Despite a small number of wines from Bordeaux and Burgundy, wine connoisseurs will also find something for themselves here.
The selection of the On-The-Wave cellar focuses, for white wines, on classics from France (Burgundy, Loire Valley, Alsace) and from Italy (Alto Adige, Piedmont, Abruzzo, Friuli). Red wines, on the other hand, are dominated by wines from Spain (Rioja, Priorat) and Italian classics (Tuscany, Piedmont, Veneto). Among the sparkling wines, we have a true gem from Spain – a producer of the world's best sparkling wine, Recaredo, from the Corpinnat appellation. The entire collection is completed by an excellent regional winemaker from West Pomerania - the Turnau Vineyard.
