Using the sauna stimulates the release of endorphins. Sauna use is especially recommended for athletes and physically active people. It alkalizes the body and reduces oxygen debt after intense workouts. The heat improves microcirculation, making the skin smoother, more hydrated, radiant, and oxygenated. The warmth soothes, relaxes, and improves sleep quality. A sauna visit can be considered a complement to the weight loss process, boosting metabolism.
